FAQ
Parents ask us
When should my child first see a dentist?
By their first birthday, or within six months of the first tooth. Early visits are short and mostly about getting comfortable.
Can I stay with my child?
Yes. Parents are welcome in the room for every visit, and little ones can sit on your lap.
My child is scared. What do you do?
We go at their pace: we show and tell before we touch, use kid-friendly words, and stop whenever they raise a hand.
Do you take our insurance?
We accept most family dental plans. Send us your plan name and we will confirm coverage before the visit.
What about a knocked-out or broken tooth?
Call us straight away. We keep same-day times free for emergencies. Keep a knocked-out adult tooth in milk on the way.
