Good to know before you come

What should I bring to the first visit?

Any previous vet records, the food your pet eats, and dogs on a lead or cats in a carrier.

My pet is nervous at the vet. Can you help?

Yes. Tell us when you book. We can offer a quiet time, a separate entrance and, if needed, calming medication beforehand.

Do you see emergencies?

We keep same-day times for sick pets during opening hours. Out of hours, call us and you will be directed to the nearest emergency hospital.

Do you treat rabbits and guinea pigs?

Yes. Dr. Lucy Park sees rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets and other small pets.

Can I pay in instalments?

Our wellness plans spread routine care monthly, and we offer payment plans for larger treatments.
