Questions we hear a lot
Do I need a patch test for colour?
Yes, for new clients and new colour brands. It takes five minutes, at least 48 hours before your appointment.
How long will my appointment take?
Each service shows its usual time. Big colour changes can take longer; your stylist will let you know.
Do you take walk-ins?
When we have space, yes. Booking online is the best way to get the stylist and time you want.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give us 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to someone else.
Do you do wedding parties?
Yes. Book a bridal trial first, and we will plan the day for you and your party.
